Belleville’s Building Department has cleared the way for City Police to move into their new facility next week.
An Occupancy Permit has been issued six days ahead of the long awaited move from their current headquarters on Dundas Street East to the corner of Sidney and College Street.
It will mark the end of a project that has been talked about for almost 20 years and been in the planning and building stages since 2011, when it was included as part of the Build Belleville program.
