A Belleville man has been charged with committing an indecent act after an incident late last month.
City police say two females reported a man exposing himself as they walked in the area of Moira and North Front Streets in the early afternoon of September 27.
After investigation police charged 55-year-old Todd Andrew Brown.
He appears in court November 12.
