An annual event in Prince Edward County to promote tourism during the shoulder season has been postponed.
Countylicious, which was scheduled to run from the 10 to 26, has been push back to later this fall.
Director of Community Services, Programs and Initiatives Todd Davis say with the rising number of COVID-19 cases, they decided the best course of action was to postpone the events to ensure the well-being of the community.
The fixed-price promotion, a staple of Countylicious, is still slated to go ahead October 30 to November 22 with dine in and take out options at several participating County restaurants.
A full list of participating restaurants is scheduled to be released October 13.
