David Bolton is now in police custody.
Tyendinaga Police Chief Jason Brant posted on Facebook shortly after 2 p.m. the man was arrested today (Wednesday) following the execution of a warrant in Deseronto.
He was wanted on domestic related charges.
Bolton is charged with assault with a weapon, dangerous driving, breach of an undertaking and possession of a firearm while prohibited all stemming from an incident Monday in which saw him flee from police on an ATV.
He will appear in court tomorrow.
