Northumberland OPP have charged a 13-year-old from Brighton in relation to a mischief incident last month.
Police say on September 22 around 8:40 p.m., an unknown individual damaged equipment attached to the canteen at King Edward Park.
On Monday (Yesterday), police were provided photos from video surveillance and were able to identify a 13-year-old suspect on Tuesday (today).
The teen is facing a charge of mischief and will appear in Cobourg court in December.
