A public meeting is being held on Monday night by Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee to discuss a new retirement home.
The retirement home would be located at 193 North Park Street beside a 30-unit retirement home already on the subject lands.
The new four-storey building would have 54 units.
The developer is currently seeking a rezoning of the property to allow for the construction of the new building located on North Park Street between Bell Blvd. and McFee Street.
Belleville’s Planning Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
No decision will be made at the meeting.
