An inmate at Bath Institution in Kingston has died while in custody.
Correctional Service of Canada says Grant Fralic died on Monday of natural causes following an illness.
Fralic had been in custody since November 2008 and was serving an indeterminate sentence for second degree murder.
Next of kin were notified as were the police and coroner.
