A 61-year-old man from Tyendinaga Township is facing impaired driving charges.
On Sunday, Sept. 14, Lennox and Addington OPP responded to a report of an impaired driver on Thrasher Road in Tyendinaga Township.
After an investigation, Joseph Edward Lee was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired and operation of a motor vehicle while over the legal blood alcohol limit.
Lee was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in Napanee court on November 17, 2020 to answer to the charges. His licence was suspended for 90 days.
