Some parents and students in the Norwood area dealt with a surprise issue this morning (Thursday).
Six school buses running to the Catholic elementary school in Norwood didn’t show up.
The reason? A shortage of drivers.
Student Transportation Services of Central Ontario (STSCO) remind people that bus companies have had trouble hiring and retaining drivers due to the pandemic.
Parents are being asked to monitor STSCO in the morning and afternoons.
