Council in Prince Edward County is looking to stop taking applications for the Short-Term Accommodation Licensing program.
Staff are recommending that because of the COVID-19 pandemic, they can’t meet scheduled review timelines put in place previously for program implementation.
Council is suggesting that until the municipality is fully able to evaluate the existing licensing program, they stop taking new applications as of 3 p.m. on September 30.
Council meets Tuesday at 7 p.m. virtually.
