Belleville Police have released more information about a collision that closed an east end intersection yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon.
Police, paramedics and firefighters were called to the area of Bridge Street East between Herchimer Avenue and Plaza Square around 3:35 p.m. for a collision between a vehicle and a cyclist.
A woman was taken to Belleville General Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was later taken to Kingston General.
An investigation by the Traffic Safety Unit is ongoing at this time.
