The Belleville Police responded to 86 calls for service between August 26, 2020 at 5 a.m. and August 27, 2020 at 5 a.m.
Unlawfully in a Dwelling
On August 26, 2020 at 11 p.m., a male in a residence on Holloway St. woke up and observed an unknown female sleeping on his couch. When he woke her she pulled out a knife. The male left the residence and called police. When officers attended, the complainant indicated that the female was still in the residence. Officers made entry and arrested the female. A 40-year-old Belleville female was charged with unlawfully in a dwelling house, weapons dangerous, and breach of probation. She was held for a bail hearing on August 27, 2020.
Breach of Undertaking
On August 25, 2020 at 2:30 p.m., officers arrested a male for three counts of breaching his probation. He was released on an officer in charge undertaking. One of the conditions of the undertaking was not to be on Golfdale Rd. On August 26, 2020 at 5:48 p.m., officers received a call about the male being in the backyard of a residence on that road. Police attended and arrested a 35-year-old Belleville male for two counts of breaching an undertaking and one count of breaching his probation. He was held for a bail hearing on August 27, 2020.
