Belleville Police are advising motorists a busy east end intersection is closed at this hour.
Bridge Street East is closed between Herchimer and Plaza Square due to a collision investigation.
Reports says around 3:45 p.m. a cyclist was hit by a vehicle.
Belleville Police, Hastings-Quinte paramedics and Belleville Fire and Rescue responded to the scene.
One person has been taken to hospital with injuries.
The Belleville Police Service Traffic Safety Unit is on scene conducting the investigation.
