A Toronto resident will appear in Picton court in November after a disturbance in Prince Edward County on the weekend.
Police were called to a Wellington Main Street business on Saturday around the noon hour, where a vehicle was found to be improperly parked.
The occupants were asked to park properly and a physical altercation began and a woman was spit on by one of the vehicle’s occupants.
The occupant continued assaulting the woman say Prince Edward County OPP.
Justice Brennan was arrested and the 26-year-old was charged with assault.
