The Office of the Fire Marshal has been called in to investigate after a home in Havelock went up in flames on the weekend.
Peterborough County OPP say around 3 a.m. on Sunday officers were called to a completely engulfed house fire at 20 William Street and nearby homes were also in danger of catching fire.
The fire is being investigated as an arson.
A second home sustained minor damage and there were no injuries.
