A Saint Leonard, Quebec resident is facing a mischief charge after they were spotted with a gun on the weekend.
Northumberland OPP received a complaint on Sunday afternoon about an eastbound vehicle in the Grafton area of the 401 being driven erratically and a passenger was seen with a hand gun.
Northumberland OPP along with Quinte West OPP conducted a high risk traffic stop and arrested all four people in the car.
Officers found a black plastic toy gun, resembling a semi-automatic pistol.
Ani Mohammad was charged at the scene and released.
The 18-year-old will appear in Cobourg court in December.
