There was some commotion on Belleville’s Moira Street West in the mid-afternoon yesterday (Wednesday).
City police were called about an out of control man just after 3 o’clock.
When officers responded the suspect had fled the scene but after a short track by a police dog, a suspect
was located.
The 39-year-old Belleville man was charged with Breach of Undertaking and was held for a bail hearing.
