Residents of a small island off West Lake in Prince Edward County are frustrated with the ever increasing number of people using the property for recreation.
At its meeting tomorrow night (Tuesday) Prince Edward County council will hear from two residents of Sheba’s Island who will ask council to investigate the legality of the West Lake Water Park business next to Edgewater Trailer Park.
The residents maintain the business does not have enough suitable parking and that patrons are leaving garbage all over the area and that some of the property might not be zoned properly.
County council meets virtually tomorrow evening at 7 o’clock.
