A Quinte West man appeared in court yesterday to answer a voyeurism charge.
Police say they were called to the area of Young’s Cove and County Road 64 in Carrying Place on Monday night around 11:30 for a report of an indecent act.
The Emergency Response Team and East Region Canine attended the scene and their investigation led to the arrest of one man.
Darren Babineau, 44, has been charged with trespassing at night, criminal harassment and voyeurism.
