A Kitchener man will appear in court in September after a traffic stop resulted in drug related charges being laid.
Northumberland OPP say on Tuesday night around 9:15 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on the eastbound 401 just east of Brighton following driving complaints about excessive speeding.
As a result, officers seized a large, undisclosed amount of cash, 126 Oxycodone pills, 19.4 grams of suspected Crystal Methamphetamine and a quantity of Hydrocodone.
Mohamed Hussein, 24, was arrested and charged with: possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – other drugs (two counts) and driving with cannabis readily available.
