Councillors in Prince Edward County will have a hard decision to make on Tuesday night.
Staff are bringing forward a report with three options in regards to the Wellington boat launches and if they will be closed for the remainder of the summer, operate both launches at a limited capacity or close the Belleville Street launch and transition all business to the Wellington beach launch.
Council first brought forward a number of issues regarding the Wellington boat launches earlier this month after health and safety concerns emerged at the reactivated Belleville Street launch.
A $20 parking fee per vehicle was established for Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays until the end of September to help address parking overflow.
Council meets at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
