Frontenac OPP are searching for a missing man whose canoe capsized in Central Frontenac Township in the area of Bob’s lake.
OPP and Central Frontenac Fire and Rescue responded to the call shortly before 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
A 61-year-old man from Kingston had been fishing with his wife when their canoe capsized. The man’s wife made it to shore but he is still missing. Police say he was not wearing a life jacket.
The OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Team are searching the lake and the investigation is ongoing.
