Applications have opened today for residential electricity customers struggling with bills due to COVID-19.
Hastings – Lennox and Addington MPP Daryl Kramp is urging those families in need to take advantage of the CEAP help.
The CEAP, the COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program, was announced in June.
More information about applications for the CEAP for Small Business will be coming later this summer.
“In the face of this pandemic we know many families are suffering and this program can help,” said Kramp. “If your family or friends need assistance with their power bills, they should apply.”

Residential customers across the province can apply for funding through their local distribution company/utility.
