Lennox and Addington OPP have charged a Trenton resident with impaired driving after a collision on the eastbound 401 late Tuesday night.
Police say they were called to the single vehicle accident just west of the Shannonville exit around 11:45 p.m.
The driver had driven off the road and rolled his vehicle over in the ditch.
Roberto Biasini was taken to hospital for minor injuries and charged with impaired driving.
The 52-year-old will appear in Napanee court in September.
His licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven.
