COVID-19 has hit a lot of charities hard, including their ability to fundraise.
For Ducky Brand Apparel and their tournament supporting those with mental health challenges, changes have had to be made.
The tourney was moved back until August 20 at Black Bear Ridge in Thurlow. The dinner and auction will be moved outside, with staggered tee times and physical distancing part of the day.
Aidan Girduckis is the tournament organizer and says the day is about mental health awareness and fundraising, but also fun.
Celebrities include Stanley Cup champions Marc Crawford, Bryan Bickell, Andrew Shaw, Nick Cousins and Brendan Perlini along with other male and female professional players, World Champions, and Olympic medallists.
