Four people are facing charges after a search of a home in Brighton on Thursday.
Northumberland OPP, along with the Community Street Crime Unit, Emergency Response Team and Peterborough OPP executed a search warrant on Butler Street West.
Police seized cocaine, fentanyl, morphine, heroin, cash and other drug related istems.
Jody Horvath, 37, Shannon O’Grady, 49 and Nicole Swan, 46, of Brighton and Phillip Simpson, 32, of Cramahe Township were all charged.
Harvath, O’Grady and Simpson are facing charges of:
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Opioid
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
Simpson is also facing charges of:
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Heroin
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Opioid (second count)
Swan is facing a charge of possession of cocaine.
All four were released from custody and are scheduled to appear in court in September.
