A Belleville man has been charged following a police investigation in Prince Edward County.
Earlier this month, officers began looking for a boater who was attempting to swamp other boaters near Sandy Cover.
As a result of their investigation, Timothy Garrity, 44, was charged with dangerous operation and will appear in Picton court in October.
