A Belleville woman’s vehicle was seriously damaged late last night (Sunday) in the southwest part of the city.
Police report that at around 11 o’clock the woman called them after seeing a masked man slash all four of the tires on her vehicle and then smash the windshield as it sat parked in the driveway.
The man, described as white and about 6 feet tall, rode away on a bicycle in the area of Catherine and Octavia streets.
