There was a crash Tuesday morning in Belleville.
City Police and fire have been called to the area of the Quinte Mall at Sidney Street and Bell Boulevard, where a vehicle slammed into a hydro pole.
Officers say extrication of an occupant is required and a hydro line is also down.
Traffic is currently blocked in that area.
