It was another busy year for the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation.
The Foundation raised $1.53 million dollars in donations in the past year, bringing total donations over the past 5 years to almost $9.6 million.
Major events were the Foundation’s golf classic and gala, along with community events like Leon’s Buy a Bed Campaign and Banker’s Bed Races.
Meanwhile, the Kay Stafford Memorial Fund granted a total of almost $110,000 to 15 different community groups along with smaller amounts to Quinte West students.
Over the past 5 years the Foundation and the Kay Stafford Memorial Fund have invested $10.5 million back into the community.
Funds raised by the TMH Foundation are used to buy priority medical equipment for Trenton Memorial Hospital.
