Councillors in Prince Edward County are looking at putting paid parking back in place in Picton.
A staff report is coming forward during the Committee of the Whole meeting on Thursday that would see parking fees beginning again as of July 1.
Councillors will also discuss putting a two-hour limit in place in commercial areas in Bloomfield and Wellington.
This report comes two weeks after Sarah Doiron, manager of the Picton Business Improvement Association asked for free parking for the remainder of the year.
Council is being asked to direct staff to include the concerns expressed by the Picton BIA in an upcoming parking study.
Council meets virtually at 1 p.m. Thursday.
