· A quantity of new, in the box, Milwaukee cordless power tools.
· A quantity of new, in the box, electronics.
· Approximately 25 gift cards with magnetic stripes.
· Homemade electronic device believed to be a radio frequency identification skimmer.
· Numerous large retail store receipts.
· A computer tablet.
· Numerous barcodes with tape.
· Bank documents in another person’s name.
Thirty-seven-year-0ld Dawid Mokszan of Toronto and 50-year-old Krzysztof Harasiuk of Oakville have both been charged with:
-Possession of a schedule one substance – Methamphetamine
-Identity theft – obtain or possess another person’s identity information
-Possess instrument for purpose of copying credit card
-Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
Mokszan has also been charged with:
-Obstruct peace officer
-Fail to comply with recognizance -five counts
-Driving while under suspension
The men are scheduled for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on May 29, 2020.
