A 36-year old Belleville man faces drug and theft charges after an incident at an apartment building in the southeast part of the city Wednesday afternoon.
A resident called police after a man and woman walked into his apartment and started using illegal drugs.
The resident didn’t know either of them.
Police responded and arrested the man on the scene.
