OPP pulled over a vehicle in Quinte West yesterday (Wednesday) because it had stolen licence plates but officers ended up discovering a lot more that was illegal.
OPP seized suspected crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, cannabis and cash.
Facing drug and theft charges is 30-year-old Spencer St. Amand of Kingston.
He has a July 20 court date in Belleville.
