This is a reminder to all specialized transit users that on June 1, the service will merge with Belleville Transit. This merger will bring some changes to how the current service operates.
Upon the transition to in-house services, passengers can book rides:

Dispatch staff will be available to take calls from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week. There will be an answering service after hours that will take information from callers to pass along messages and cancellations to daytime staff. Users cannot book trips after hours.
You can email booking requests at any time using email. When your trip is booked, you will receive an email confirmation reply. Email requests sent after 7 p.m. must be for the next day or later.
If you provide Belleville Transit with your email, cell phone or home phone number you will receive an automated confirmation of your booking, notification when the bus is on its way and notification if the bus will be ten or more minutes late.
If you have a subscription trip booked before the June 1 transition, it will be carried over. You do not need to rebook or do anything differently.
Passengers should continue to only book trips of necessity and those who are feeling ill should not use the service.
