More event cancellations could be announced by the City of Quinte West after council’s meeting Tuesday.
Several major community events, including Canada Day celebrations, have already been cancelled and city staff
are recommending that cancellations continue to the end of July.
If council agrees with the recommendation, these events would be cancelled: Downtown Trenton Festival on the Bay, Chamber of Commerce Island Queen Boat Cruises, Art in the Park, Kiwanis Street Dance, Organized Quinte West Sports Leagues, Sunday Night Cruise Car Shows, and the July Summer Concert Series.
