A Quinte West woman faces charges after allegations that a Belleville woman and her young daughter had received threatening communications yesterday.
Belleville police responded to a residence in the area of Herchimer Avenue and Lesley Drive shortly after 5 o’clock yesterday afternoon and after investigation charged 19-year-old Katie Casselman with uttering a death threat and uttering a threat to cause bodily harm.
She has an August 6 court date.
