The search in the Napanee River for a man missing since early this (Monday) morning is over.
Lennox and Addington OPP says the body of a man in his 30s was found in the river later in the day.
The identity of the victim has not been confirmed and the Office of the Regional Coroner is involved.
Involved in the search were the OPP Underwater Search and Rescue Team, a marine unit, and a crime unit, along with Napanee firefighters and Lennox and Addington County paramedics.
Emergency crews responded after a man was seen in the river in the area of Clark Street in the Town of Napanee around 5:30 a.m.
