The COVID-19 pandemic has pointed to deficiencies in the City of Quinte West’s website.
According to a staff report, council will deal with that at its meeting Tuesday.
Staff say that the pandemic has increased traffic to the city’s website by 40% but that analytics show 50% of users
leave the site without finding what they were looking for.
Council will be asked to approve the development of a new website and a new branding strategy at a cost of up to $150,000.

Council will meet virtually beginning at 6:30. You can watch the meeting here.
