The Canadian Armed Forces have been hard at work in long-term care facilities in Quebec and Ontario to help in the fight against COVID-19 as part of Operation LASER.
As of today (Friday), there is one armed forces member in Ontario that has tested positive for COVID-19 and four in Quebec have the virus according to the Department of National Defence.
There are approximately 1,400 working in 25 facilities in Quebec and 275 personnel in five Ontario facilities.
