This is the first long weekend of summer, but for many 2020 has been different.
OPP Constable Sean McCaffrey says the pandemic will not change the police mandate for keeping people safe on the water, roadways, and trails.
McCaffrey says safety is priority one when it comes to ATV’ing and boating.
McCaffrey says when it comes to each detachment, they may have more trails or water, but they will all have units out and about, along with officers watching for aggressive, distracted, and impaired driving, and other safety infractions.
