Dr. Ethan Toumishey hosted this week’s Hastings and Prince Edward Public Health Unit weekly COVID-19 update.
He spoke about the Ontario government’s plan to reopen and Phase One.
He said the health unit will work closely with municipalities, health care partners, the general public and businesses to see continued success in battling this virus.
He says that continued collaboration will be essential as we continue to work through these phases.
Toumishey also made sure to thank all the nurses working hard during this pandemic as it is Nurses Week.
