The Belleville Police Service is warning people about another email scam.
This time the emails are about rescued cats and dogs.
The fraudsters say they’ll send people rescued pets using a legitimate shipping company after you’ve forwarded money.
The pets don’t arrive.
Police know of one victim who lost $1,500 in the scam.
