With the Trent-Severn Waterway’s navigation season getting set to open, work on the crossings will start later this week.
Parks Canada will be doing work on three local swing bridges from Friday to the start of June.
Crews will do maintenance on the Hastings swing bridge, Ranney Falls swing bridge near Campbellford, and the Carrying Place swing bridge.
There will be no closures of the crossings, however there may be delays during the work.
