A 27-year-old Trenton man has been charged after OPP investigated an alleged shoplifting incident on Sunday.
Officers were called to a business on Dundas Street West around noon, where the suspect had left the scene, but he was located not far away.
Further details as to what happened haven’t been released, but officers say they found both methamphetamine and opioids on the suspect.
As a result, Kevin Scurry has been charged with two counts of drug possession and one count each of bribery and breaching probation.
He was released with a July court date in Belleville.
