There have been no new cases of COVID-19 in Hastings or Prince Edward Counties since May 2.
The Hastings and Prince Edward Public Health Unit is reporting no new cases again on Saturday, leaving the total number of confirmed cases at 43 for the counties.
The number of probable cases has also dropped from 188 to 180. The number of probable cases drop as people become well or tests come back negative.
There have been five deaths locally from the illness while 22 people have recovered.
In Northumberland County, the total remains the same at 14 confirmed cases.
