The Belleville Agricultural Society Board of Directors has pulled the plug on this year’s Quinte Exhibition.
The announcement on Friday morning stated with the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, they felt the decision needed to be made for the safety and well-being on volunteers, exhibitors and patrons.
The event was scheduled for September 3-6.
Next year marks the 200th anniversary of the Quinte Exhibition and President Jamie Chatten says they look forward to being back and presenting the 2021 exhibition.
