A man faces charges after displaying bizarre behavior at an east end Belleville business yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon.
Police report people inside the business noticed a man touching vehicles on the lot outside and urinating on them.
When confronted it’s alleged the man pulled a knife.
A 33-year-old Belleville man was charged with weapons dangerous and breaching an undertaking.
No one was injured.
