Hastings Prince Edward Health is reporting no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our area for a third straight day.
Forty-three people have tested positive for the virus, but the number of active cases here is 19, since four people have died and 20 have recovered.
The health unit is reporting one new probable case, bringing the total number of active probable cases to 23, with outbreaks still declared at Hastings Manor and Moira Place long term care facilities.
More than 3,600 people have been tested for COVID, with 309 results pending and a local positivity rate of 1.3%.
