A long term care home in Brighton has been declared as being in a COVID-19 outbreak.
One person was confirmed as infected with the coronavirus in the Maplewood homeĀ on Monday and has been isolated away from other residents.
There are a total of 41 residents at Maplewood.
Meanwhile, an outbreak declared late last month at the Belmont Long Term Care Facility in Belleville has been declared over.
Tests on residents suspected of being infected there came back negative.
Now there are only two long term care homes in Hastings and Prince Edward counties in an outbreak position, Hastings Manor and Moira Place.
